Monday’s Music & Movie by the Lake: Outdoor live music and screenings are incredibly important to us. We love to bring art into nature. On Monday night we will be hosting this season’s first evening of live music and a movie at the Meadow’s Edge Picnic Area, 6:30pm – 10:00pm. If you are parking at the trail head, you will need a valid recreation pass for your vehicle. These can be purchased at multiple locations in town including Serrano campground and the Big Bear Discovery Center. Free to attend. RSVP

Tuesday, September 19th (9/19)
Lake Activities: We have a tradition of on-the-water activities. The festival has rafted class 3 rapids, swam in many lakes, jumped off bridges into rivers, paddle boarded to islands and even perilously inner tubed down waterfalls. Join us this year for three hours on the lake with access to: the Tarzan Boat, Kayaks, Canoes and Paddle Boards. Festival Campers: $10 / Festival Guests: $25 RSVP
Tuesday’s Music & Movie by the Lake: A second evening of live music and an outdoor movie by the lake. Join us again for an evening of art in nature at the Meadow’s Edge Picnic Area, 6:30pm – 10:00pm. Fishing on Big Bear Lake: Join some passionate fishermen/women out on the edge of Big Bear Lake. Enjoy some peace and quiet for an afternoon of fishing with friends. Drinks included. A link to a $15 permit retrieval will be included in your RSVP response. Festival Camper $5 / Festival Guests $20 Permit Required RSVP
Miss Liberty Karaoke Cruise: Enjoy a proper cruising tour around Big Bear Lake. What better way to get to know an incredible community of filmmakers and friends than enjoying a drink (or four) on a paddle wheel boat while performing some karaoke. Surely, an adventure to remember. Festival Campers: $10 / Festival Guests: $25 RSVP
Downtown Music & Movie Event: We are bringing our festival into the heart of the Big Bear this Wednesday night. After disembarking from the karaoke voyage, take a stroll through Big Bear Lake Village to the corner of Pine Knot Ave. & Village Dr. We will have a DJ, musical guests, a bar and a community film screening after sunset. WORKSHOPS – Guest Speakers & Lecturers: We are humbly grateful for the industry professionals who have come to mentor over the years. Join us in our outdoor geodesic dome for worlds of wisdom and insight. We have learned a great deal of wisdom about film making, screenwriting, acting and more.
The Ultimate Talent Show: A Festival full of talented artists deems a traditional talent show. You won’t want to miss the incredible show that our host and comedian Vivian Martinez puts together for this always unforgettable night. From it’s beginnings in a home garage, this talent show has grown to be a favorite event at the festival.
